Buying hotel furniture for your whole premises at once is quite an undertaking, and it's easy to overlook an area if you don't plan carefully in advance, so be clear about what you need, and how many of each type of table or chair will fit into your space.
The communal areas and guest rooms are likely to be high on your agenda, so draw up an itinerary of each individual room - single, twin, double or suite - and decide if it's large enough to accommodate a tub chair, full-sized armchair or two-seater/three-seater sofa.
In general, the more seating you can comfortably fit into the room, the better it will be for the guests to relax; a single straight-backed chair is better than nothing in a small room, but in a larger suite guests will expect a soft sofa rather than having to sit on a straight chair or on the bed.
Down in your reception area, place a coffee table and some stools or low sofas if you have the room, or again just one or several tub chairs in the corners and by the main door - it doesn't have to be an entire lounge area, but it gives people somewhere to sit while they wait for their friends and family from other rooms, or for a taxi.
In your dining room, quite formal restaurant furniture is often a good idea, with matching tables and chairs throughout - and our furniture packages can give you the right combination of these at a great price - while in your bar, you may prefer traditional wooden pub furniture or more contemporary styles in synthetic materials. Don't forget a few tall stools at the bar itself for individual guests who want to chat to your staff.
Finally, the remaining areas you may or may not have, but which shouldn't be forgotten - outdoor furniture for terraces, suitable sports club furniture for spas and other sporting facilities, and so on. Identify the unique spaces in your premises, and add whatever hotel furniture you need to create a truly individual space for your guests.
